♡ What is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Ordered item is a product we have yet to manufacture and will use the Pre-Sale proceeds to assist in funding the production of said item.

♡ I ordered other items with my Pre-Order, when will my items ship?
As soon as the Pre-Order items arrive and are Quality Checked they will be shipped out, all items purchased together will ship at the same time.

♡ How can I check the status of my Pre-Order?
Each individual listing will give an estimate of when you can expect to receive the Pre-Order item. These are estimates however and if you have not received the Pre-Order items within a given timeline please do not hesitate to reach out. All shipments with e-mails provided will be notified when their Pre-Orders are shipped out accompanied by a Tracking Number.

♡ Can I receive a refund for my Pre-Order?
All Pre-Order Items are nonrefundable.
